Upload Excel/CSV files to calculate electricity charges and download reports
Step 1: Configure AC subsidy rooms that should receive 50 units free instead of 25 units for employees.
Step 2: Configure custom filters by adding filter conditions based on 'Under' and 'Plant Code' values.
Step 3: Download sample files to see the required format (Excel for Employee Master with merged cells, CSV for Electricity Readings).
Step 4: Prepare your Employee Master Excel file with columns: `Room Nur`, `Under`, `Employee Code`, `Employee Name`, `Plant Code`. Use merged cells for same room numbers. For contractors (Under = "CONT"), Employee Code can be blank.
Step 5: Prepare your Electricity Readings CSV with columns: `Room Number`, `Units Consumed`.
Step 6: Upload both files using the upload buttons above. Others employee data will be flagged.
Step 7: Click "Process & Generate Reports" to calculate and prepare all billing reports. Mixed rooms will have proportional subsidy calculations.
Step 8: Download the "Full Electricity Billing Report" and any of the custom filtered reports you configured.
